As a software manager, project lead, software architect, and developer Boris has acquired significant knowledge in development of the large-scale enterprise applications and web portals, computationally-intensive analytical tools, web and client/server applications, software for advertising and marketing, education, multimedia, and many others.

Boris has extensive experience leading complex software projects for wide variety of vertical markets.
 
As a consultant he successfully implemented several software systems for Epcot Center and the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

For GMACCM, McCracken Financial Software, and RealPoint, Boris, as manager of software development, was involved in all stages of the project life cycle and project architecture of several enterprise systems for the decision support and investment analysis, as well as a large-scale mortgage servicing applications.

As a Microsoft technology practice lead/.NET architect at InSource LLC he defined, planned, and implemented company’s MS practice including infrastructure, product offerings, and .NET architecture framework.

Being an owner and CTO at eCraftsmen Solutions LLC Boris led successfull development of several software systems for various industries. While leading a group of 20 developers to architect, design, and develop a biomedical application, Boris managed all stages of the life cycle to bring the system through successfully completed FDA trial.

Boris earned a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Technology. He is a certified Microsoft Professional Developer and Microsoft Certified Trainer.

As an accomplished technology trainer Boris is actively involved in corporate training and mentoring. He is teaching public and private Microsoft technology courses.
